This role is about owning the full sales process and driving real revenue.
You will:
Prospect, pitch, and close digital advertising deals
Sell performance-driven ad solutions (video, programmatic, display, CTV)
Build custom strategies focused on ROI
Develop go-to-market plans for APAC and Canada
Work closely with Marketing, Ad Ops, and Product teams
Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers and agencies
Run demos showing how our technology outperforms competitors
Forecast accurately and consistently exceed targets
Grow long-term advertiser relationships
Share insights about market trends in video and programmatic advertising
You’re not just selling ads. You’re selling measurable growth.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
An experienced digital ad sales professional (2–4 years minimum)
Comfortable selling video, programmatic, display, or CTV solutions
Fluent in ad tech (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, attribution, tracking, etc.)
Strong at tying campaigns to KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Confident pitching to C-level decision makers
Competitive but team-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Already connected with advertisers or agencies in APAC or Canada
